I’ve always lived CRM. I take care of strategy, information and CRM systems management. As my colleagues and clients already know, I’ve got curiosity in my DNA and live my life straddled across two time zones, connected to Skype. If you can’t find me on Skype, I’ll probably be in front of a piano.
Social Media Analyst
A Marketing Psychology and Communication graduate, I’m 28 years old and have spent 10 of those years living in Rome. I’ve been with WeLikeCRM since its foundation.
I’m interested in cross-media language and the creation of online identities. I provide the modern company-client with an original, qualitative analysis of how they are represented on social networks.

I’ve been working with top Italian companies and bodies of public administration for twenty years. I’m passionate about Knowledge Management, CRM and Contact Centers. I’ve always fought to make companies grow by showcasing what makes them innovative. My native habitat? A room, a stadium or a social network.
Social Media Analyst
A graduate in Sociology from the University of Milan Bicocca, my thesis work there was based on research into CRM, Social CRM and the dynamics that are developing between consumers and companies today – all topics which are of great personal interest to me. I’ve been part of the WeLikeCRM team since 2013.

I’ve been working “by” internet since 1998, taking care of SEO and WebWriting, Social Media, E-commerce and WebMarketing. I’m on the organizing board of some of the most interesting technology conferences in Italy. Can’t reach me? You’ll probably find me on a SpeedTriple going through an apennine mountain pass.
